Delete your JapaReader account

You can request deletion here or in the Android and iOS apps under Profile → Delete account. You do not need to reinstall the app.

This removes your login, library associations, reading progress and history, vocabulary and reviews, settings, generation requests and private files. AI stories you generated are withdrawn from the catalog; copies already held by other readers remain. Account access ends immediately.

Deletion is permanent and storage cleanup runs asynchronously. Newsletter subscriptions are separate: use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. See the privacy notice for third-party processing and retention limits.
